From Strategy to Implementation: A Practical Journey
DISCOVERY’s work is structured around five key work packages, each designed to build on the previous one and contribute to the final goal: an open, inclusive, and impactful entrepreneurship education platform. Our activities are practical, collaborative, and deeply rooted in real-world needs.
- Strategic Development
We start with a thorough needs analysis and strategic design of the DISCOVERY model. This includes identifying the skills required for sustainable entrepreneurship and designing a pedagogical framework that aligns with EQF standards and the SDGs.
- Platform Creation
The DISCOVERY Hub is developed as a digital environment offering interactive modules, collaborative tools, and an open educational library. Partners work together to design content, develop the platform architecture, and test the user interface for accessibility and inclusion.
- Pilot Testing
We roll out the platform in selected higher education institutions across partner countries. Students, educators, and entrepreneurs test the materials and provide feedback. Their insights shape improvements and ensure the final platform is relevant and effective.
- Training and Capacity Building
Educators receive training on how to use the DISCOVERY Hub and incorporate its resources into their teaching. We also run workshops to support digital pedagogy and sustainable entrepreneurship teaching methods.
